Wagsy Refund & Return Policy

At Wagsy, we are committed to providing fresh, high-quality pet food for your furry companions. However, we understand that there may be occasions where issues arise with your order. To ensure a hassle-free experience, we have outlined our refund and return policy below.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds
You are eligible for a return or refund only under the following circumstances:

1. Wrong Order: If you receive an incorrect product or a different item than what you ordered.
2. Expired Product: If the product you receive is past its expiration date upon delivery.
3. Damaged Product: If the product is visibly damaged upon delivery, such as packaging tears, spoilage, or any other damage that affects the quality.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at wag@wagsy.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Provide details about the issue (wrong item, expired product, or damage) along with a clear photograph showing the problem.
3. Once verified, we will arrange a return pickup or advise further steps for the product return.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
– Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
– In the case of a wrong order, you may also opt for a replacement instead of a refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that Wagsy’s pet food products cannot be returned or refunded if:
– The issue doesn’t fall under the conditions of a wrong order, expired product, or damaged product.
– The product has been opened or tampered with after delivery, unless the damage was evident upon arrival.

Refund will be credited on the original source of payment within 7-14 working days
